A witness said: "It was hilarious.
"The mood was suddenly shattered by loud music, then Amy Winehouse appeared with her bits hanging out. She was dancing and slurring along to the music, oblivious to everything.
"The only thing protecting what was left of her modesty was her bikini bottoms and they weren't doing a great job. A lot of guests didn't seem to know whether to laugh or scream at her."
Okay so she's still mentally unstable but she's doing much better physically apparently she looks more healthier, eating healthily and attending the gym.
Michael Jackson Needs Lung Transplant
Michael Jackson is suffering from a lung disease and needs a transplant. The disease is rare and can be fatal. According to the biographer of his book:
‘He’s had it for years, but it’s gotten worse,’ Halperin said in an interview In Touch magazine. `”He needs a lung transplant but may be too weak to go through with it. He also has emphysema and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding, which his doctors have had a lot of trouble stopping. It’s the bleeding that is the most problematic part. It could kill him.’
I feel so sorry for MJ he's lived a really messed up life.

Christina Millian makes her first magazine appearance on the next issue of Rap Up since parting ways with Island Def Jam in 2006, she's looking amazing. Here's what she had to say on being dropped by Def Jam and Nick and Mariah's marriage:
On how she reacted after being dropped from her label: “It was embarrassing. It was a week after my album [So Amazin'] got put out. I would be in my room a lot of the time crying by myself.”
On the reason why she was dropped: “It was a budget cut, I believe. [Def Jam] probably got rid of projects like mine to spend the money on [Rihanna].”
On the celebrity who inspired her to get back into music: “I bumped into Janet Jackson at a club. Leighton Meester takes the February 2009 cover of Teen Vogue. Here’s what the Gossip Girl star opened up about:
On her parents’ highly publicized prison past: “I wouldn’t have volunteered that information, but I’ve never kept it a secret either. It’s just not my past; it’s not my story to tell.”
On her childhood: “I wasn’t born in jail; I was born in a hospital. I lived with my mother for a few months in a halfway house, and then I went to stay with my grandmother for a few more before my mom got out. But I had a normal life.”
On costar Ed Westwick: “He’s my favorite actor to work with. We have really good chemistry.”
On her debut album she hopes to release this spring: “The music is very fun. It’s edgy, like electropop rather than bubblegum and you can dance to it.”
So there you have it she wasn't born in prison and she can sing, the whole album thing is a bit of a surprise, I hope she's nothing like Hayden Pannetierre.

Mr Anthony, 40, fuelled the rumours further when he was seen chatting to women in New York and Las Vegas nightclubs - also without his ring.
One source told The Sun newspaper the couple were now at "breaking point", adding: "They are both getting bored.

Meanwhile, Will Smith hopes to make a sequel to Hancock and prequel to I am Legend, the prequel will probably do well but Hancock 2 is sooo going to suck. Heres what a source revealed:
WILL Smith has sequel fever. The box-office magnet is in talks to finalize follow-ups to both “Hancock” and “I Am Legend.” A Hollywood insider said, “He is ready to do both. Producers are just trying to get Charlize Theron to sign on for the ‘Hancock’ sequel.” As for “I Am Legend,” it will be more of a prequel as Smith’s character died at the end of the zombies-take-Manhattan movie. “It will be about how the disease spreads and the fall of the last great American city. It will also develop the relationship between Will’s character and his wife.” A rep for Smith said, “There have been talks about both of these projects.”

Rihanna NOT To Perform With JLS
JLS will instead be performing with Westlife, who were originally scheduled to sing with Alexandra Burke, according to Heat. Instead, she’s bagged Beyonce! Ms Knowles has been rumoured for a while to be performing on the show, but now it’s official. Eoghan is the only performer unaffected by all this chopping and changing – he’ll be performing with Boyzone, as planned.
Talking on a radio interview, Louis revealed, "Each act is going to do a Christmas song. Alexandra is going to do Silent Night, the boys are gonna do Oh Holy Night or Last Christmas, and Eoghan is going to do the Wizard's song, I Wish it Could be Christmas Every Day." Louis also let it slip that one of the three finalists will be voted off in the first half of the show, leaving the remaining two hopefuls to perform the winning single Hallelujah.

Sony BMG Gets Sued
Sony BMG Music Entertainment has been sued by the United States for reportedly requesting and distributing personal information for nearly 30,000 minors without parental consent.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filed the claim yesterday (December 10) alleging the music company has been gathering data on children under 13 since 2004.
"Sony Music collected, used and/or disclosed personal information from children without first providing their parents with notice of its information practices," the lawsuit reads. "Sony Music did not take steps required by the rule to provide parents with direct notice of its information prior to collecting, using or disclosing their children's personal information."
The suit also claims pre-teens were likely exposed to over 1,100 Sony-operated music sites increasing the likelihood of exposure to personal data requests. In addition to allegedly violating the Children's Online Privacy Act, the FTC will seek unspecified damages along with an injunction.
Sony Music is known for its mega artist roster including Alicia Keys, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, OutKast, Usher, Three 6 Mafia, R.Kelly and more. As of today, the label has yet to release an official statment regarding the lawsuit.

Macaulay Culkin Sister Dies
Dakota Culkin, the older sister of former Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin, died yesterday after being involved in a fatal car crash.
TMZ reports Dakota, 29, was walking in the west side of Los Angeles Tuesday when she stepped off a curb and was struck by a car. She died of her injuries yesterday afternoon after being taken to UCLA Medical Center.
Chace Crawford Still Single!
The New York Post's Page Six claimed the actor and his Gossip Girl co-star had gotten close since their characters started an on-screen fling. But a rep for Chace, 23, has rubbished reports he's dating the 15-year-old.‘It's not true,’ he tells E! Online.
The Gossip Girl spin-off will center around Serena’s mom, Lily, and Dan’s dad, Rufus, currently played by Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle.
“The show will focus on the early romance between Lily and Rufus,” an insider tells Star. “It begins when they first meet, during a time when Rufus and his band are at the height of their career. The show will follow the high society and rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle in New York.”
None of the original cast members will be leaving the show as, the insiders adds, “two new actors will be hired to play the young Lily and Rufus. Producers are planning to introduce the new couple during a flashback scene in an upcoming episode of Gossip Girl.”
