This post is for A&E from Allthegossip, the guy who plays the cop in Beyonce's video Ryan Locke is 32 and was a model, he's appeared in a few movies and was in CSI as the 'Cabbie killer'. He's not very photogenic, but the pic of him with the hat is nice, he's got a nice jaw.
